How we store your personal information

We keep your name and other contact details for one year. We will then dispose your information by deleting your information from our database files.

If you are registered as a student we shall contact you annually to seek your permission to keep your data, as it is more convenient for students to have ongoing access to the website, and to facilitate this we need some basic personal information, such as name and email address.
